I know exactly what it feels like to be stuck in a body that doesn't reflect who you are. I grew up overweight my whole life — 210 lbs at 5'8", feeling completely out of control. One day something clicked. Over the next five months, I lost 60 lbs through nothing but deciding I was done.
Then I fell in love with lifting. Over nearly three years I built myself from 150 lbs up to 190 — then cut back down to 150 lbs of pure lean muscle. Fat to skinny. Skinny to built. Built to lean and shredded. I've lived every transformation there is, and I figured it out by doing the work myself.
I left a stable career because I realized I wasn't moving toward something that meant anything to me — something I was passionate about, something that felt like my purpose. That purpose is helping people transform their bodies and their mindset. I'm NASM-certified with advanced certs in nutrition and corrective exercise, but more than credentials, I bring lived experience that most coaches simply don't have.
